May 2007 - I made reservation on the phone. Get a confirmation for a certain room..Didn't happen!!!..Manager says, No check in after 6PM. I came in at 11:30 AM, then at 5:30PM,same day!! Office closed..No one to help at all. Check out is "9:15" I have to leave before that!! Tells you in manual, in room,"Office Hours 9:15 to 8PM"..No way!!!
