December 2006 - On a visit last year to Tahoe over the holidays, we kept with the English tradition of Christmas Eve and headed to the pub, in this case - OB's Pub in Truckee. The atmosphere was low-key and friendly, the starters we ordered (typical American menu of nachos, wings, etc) were yummy and the place exuded friendliness. We had the added bonus of a live band providing holiday cheer but from what we experienced, the pub would be a good option any time of year for a casual round with friends. Recommended!
