September 2007 - I was pleasantly surprised by the service i received. I was not able to arrive on the day I had booked but when I got to town and called, they gave me a room right away. After I checked in, i realized that their wireless network wasnt working. They reset it immediately and when that didn't work, they gave me a free wired cord to use. I was immediately able to use the internet and had no downtime at all.
Staff was friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and well appointed. Altogether a very pleasant experience. I would DEFINITELY recommend it to others and will stay there again if i'm next in Redding.
