April 2008 - Tortilla Jo's was our first eating experience in the Disney resort and it did not disappoint! We arrived shortly after 1:30 and it appeared relatively quiet, no wait for a table on the upstairs patio. Our server was very attentive, filling our waters frequently and topping up our bottomless fountain drinks.
All meals come with endless chips and salsa, which was fresh and spicy.
I ordered the quesadillas and a side of their fresh guacamole, which was very good. My friends chose the combination platters, where you could choose either 2, 3 or 4 of the tacos, enchiladas, tamales or rellenos. All were very pleased with their decision. Although a bit pricey for lunch, this restaurant exceeded our expectations. We had hoped to go again for dinner as there is typically live music in the evenings. If Mexican fare is your thing, make a stop at this restaurant during your Disney trip.
