| "Horrible Customer Service and bad quality rental items" |

February 2007 - I rented lots of items in this rental place, and I just had the worst experience with the personnel at the place. They were rude and didn't have my stuff ready to pick up, also I had to get them form the storage myself, and they demanded me to pay them for that. Be aware that they will change prices on you as much as they want to, also be careful when you oder because none of their stuff is ready to deliver, one carpet we wanted to rent was so duty and with spots all over. Everything else was on poor quality.
I am sorry for the owner they just don't have good stuff but the service makes the whole thing bad all together! Please put more attention on your clients
