| "insanely bad service" |

May 2007 - i just spent 20 minutes and six phone calls trying to get their operator to set me up with a taxi for tomorrow morning. i asked him to confirm the address and he (amazingly) refused. he then hung up on me. i then called back and asked for the manager, and he hung up again. then i called incredulously and asked "did you just hang up on me?", and he replied that i should call another company because they won't have a taxi for me.
of course, the reason i tried to insist on him repeating the address is that last time i used them they went to the wrong city and i missed my plane. "best service guarantee", lol!
