August 2007 - Hotel does not have a website, I should have know then; Not a bad location in Petaluma (Business Park, new restaurants)It is very runned down;matteresses out in back parking lot; Very noisy, room shook when anyone was walking around outside; vanity and tub needed to be replaced; Not even a pen and paper in the room. I have to say all bad, bad, bad. Thank God I brought my lysol.
