June 2008 - Staff -
The staff was exceptional. At other Red Robins, I've had to ask the wait staff for a refill on my Freckled Lemonade. The waiter we had had one waiting for me before I could finish the one I was one. I like that.
Environment -
We went on a Saturday for an early lunch and there was absolutely no wait. I thought this was pretty good, considering that this restaurant is on the same complex as a major mall. However, it didn't take long for the place to get busy.
Food -
Naturally, we had the endless supply of fries with ranch dressing. I also had their Blue Cheese Burger. I didn't care for the BBQ on it and the sauce was a little heavy, but otherwise, it had good flavor.
Conclusion -
I never really care to pay $9.50 for a burger, but it was a good burger and a place we'll frequent again. The waiter made the visit an especially good one.
