The staff was helpful, courteous, and always smiling. When I asked about a crib on the day of arrival, they were able to provide one. It seemed that a lot of the staff was fairly new because most of them asked the person next to them how to handle something, but someone always had the answer to all of our questions.
Facility
The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean, and the hotel lobby bathroom was clean. The beds and the pillows where comfortable There is a restaurant on site, which offered 7 different breakfasts for free to guests staying at the hotel (from pancakes to omelets).
There was 1 computer in the lobby, which had free internet access. I am unaware if there was wireless in the rooms.
One complaint (very minor) is that the building side entrances are locked during the day even though the signs say that they are locked only at night. This is a nice security feature, but kind of a pain when taking things to and from the car when packing and unpacking. However, I'd rather have the safety, so it wasn't a huge deal.
There is easy access to the highway (I-70) and there appeared to be a few restaurants from which to choose for dining outside of the hotel.
Conclusion
If you're looking for a huge lobby, this is probably not the place for you. However, free breakfast, free internet, and cheaper price makes this a place to stay.
