| "Excellent Customer Service" |

May 2007 - I used this service back in October 2005 and May 2007. The owner drove to and from, and was very friendly and accomodating. He dropped me off early as requested, and was there when my flight was late.
I wouldn't dream of using another company, this one is cheap and you still get excellent service.

January 2007 - Arrow Shuttle was on time, even though my return flight was not! Both drivers (for my departure and my return) were very nice. When I called to book, I spoke with the owner. What a great guy! It's also wonderful to know there are never more than three passengers per trip!
