| "Good, bad and the ugly" |

December 2007 - A very convenient location, on a main highway with many nice shops and restaurants.
The best of the entire stay was the registration clerk. She was certainly a diamond among the rough. We received our key pass for our NS room located in Section B. We opened the door and we were greeted with the most obnoxious odor we have ever smelled. The chairs were filthy looking and everything was sub par. Found a second NS room. Upon opening the door it was immediately apparent that the room was in use. Round 3 - a success. The room in section C was a NS room, clean, no smell and in fair condition. We were by a pool but no noise. We were far enough removed from the street that there was no road noise. And, to top it off, upgraded us to a larger room to offset the initial difficulties. She was always professional, did not offer excuses but made sure that she took care of our needs.
