June 2008 - Staff -
The staff was very attentive. The employee who brought our food was helpful, as was some of the other staff, who helped when we needed extra attention.
Environment -
The establishment is on Downtown Disney. This was the perfect alternative to some of the other restaurants because we went in the late afternoon/early evening timeframe. The line to the Rainforest Cafe was way out the door (needed to stand in line for 15 minutes just to put our name in), we had a 3 minute wait to put our order in at the Wolfgang Puck Express. The other nice thing about Wolfgang Puck Express is that there is a nice eating area outside (if you so desire).
Food -
I had one of the newer pizzas (it had crispy bacon on it - cannot remember the name) and it was outstanding. The prices were reasonable for a gourmet pizza.
Conclusion -
If you are at Downtown Disney and you are looking for good food, a smaller wait time, and much better prices than most restaurants at Downtown Disney, this is the place to go!
