July 2007 - These "complaints" issued by these idividulas did not understand my company's policies and business practices. Both of these cases have been resolved.

| "Deposit Refund" |

August 2006 - I had family portraits taken August of 2006. I received the proofs and my credit card was charged a $300 deposit. The potography was not good. I returned the proofs 4 months ago and have not received my deposit back. Phone messages and e-mails have all gone unanswered. When I call the business, no one ever answers. This business must be on the edge of bankruptcy.

| "Don't receive your pictures" |

June 2006 - Jennifer did my wedding in June, 2006. I ordered pictures and negatives from her in August. It is now December and we still haven't received anything from her. She charged our credit card company in August. So she has our money, but we do not have our pictures. My family ordered Christmas cards from her in August also, but they have not received anything either (she did charge their credit card also). She tells you they are in the mail, but they never arrive.
