January 2007 - i booked this room off the internet. it said free highspeed internet ..when i got there..they said there was no highspeed..in fact they said there was no free internet services at all.... was no alarm clock in the room as stated there was..you can not make any outside calls from your room without first leaving a deposit or credit card number.even if there is a medical emergency you can not call even 911 without making the necessary arrangements to use the phone for outside calls...my associate in one of the rooms had someone prowling around her room..she called the front office after finding out she could not dial 911 direct....apparently..the front office did not call the police...if my associate had not had a cell phone and used it to call 911 and have the police respond who knows what might have happened..i think that type situation needs attention immediately...all rooms should have 911 capabilities whether or not you made a deposit for outside phone usage..
