March 2007 - Wow - what a mix-up at this place. Even though we had made reservations 2 weeks in advance, we were given key cards to a room that was ALREADY OCCUPIED. When I went back to the desk, they didn't act like that was any big deal - said it's been happening a lot lately. They had trouble finding us a room, and booked us on the same floor with a busload of high school students who were running up and down the halls till well after midnight, and also charged us for telephone calls that we didn't make. Stay at the Best Western over on Milledge - it's cheaper, and much better run.
