September 2007 - I recently stayed at the Doubletree Hotel in Augusta, Georgia. When I booked my trip I was concernd that I did not find any of the usual hotels that I prefer to stay, knowing that the city did not support hotels with four and five star hotel ratings.
I selected the Doubletree and was very surprised. The hotel was very attractive. The Front Desk Clerk greeted me warmly and had me checked in at record speed. I was given a warm cookie and complimentary internet access and sent to my room. The room was very attractive. There was plenty of room to set, work and relax. Everything was clean, neat, and fresh. The large flat Screen TV was very enjoyable with HBO.
I will stary again at the Augusta Doubletree. I will recommend it to others, and I look forward to my next stay.
Thanks for all your efforts and hard work. You are giving the hotel industry a race for first place. Best wishes and I appreciate the service.
