April 2008 - In this age of glitzy, tasteless travel, it is refreshing to find a place as unpretentiously clean, friendly, and moderately-sized as the Jameson Inn, just a block from 24 hour dining at The Waffle House--also very friendly--Loco's Pub, and a scenic railroad track (not intrusive) and railway station, now the Winder Chamber of Commerce. It's cozy, compact, quiet, personal, and reasonably priced.
