October 2006 - I am a resident of Haiku and have had mixed customer service at Colleen's. Usually the table service is OK, but I have consistently been treated poorly at the counter. No greeting, No how may I help you, No eye contact, and No thank you when leaving or completing a transaction. Today was the last straw...an automat would be more courteous...I will not be back again. This is unfortunate because their food is quite good.
