| "Easiest Car Rental" |

September 2007 - I rented a 2006 Jeep from Avis at the Honolulu airport. I arrived in Hawaii before my fiancée. I was dreading picking up the car myself. It was about 10pm when I got there. The Avis shuttle bus driver was waiting in the arrivals lounge with a little AVIS sign. After getting my bags, I went over to him and he took my bags to the mini-bus for me. It was only a 2 minute ride, but he chatted away. When I got to the counter, all I had to do was swipe my card and the car jockey went to get my car. In seconds he was back and took my luggage out to the car. I noticed how clean it was inside and out. He asked me if I needed a map or directions. He asked if I was familiar with this kind of car and gave me a short lesson on the mirrors and radio. The car was full of gas, so off I went. We had the car for a week. Upon returning it, the car jockey came out and scanned the license plate. He printed us a bill right there in the parking lot and took our bags to the shuttle bus. It was all so convenient and the price was only about $240US per week. About 3 weeks after our vacation, I received a letter in the mail from Avis thanking me for my patronage. I will always rent with AVIS.
