| "Customer Service is Questionable" |

August 2006 - I work for a travel agency, and we booked a client of ours a reservation at this hotel. When the client arrived, they told him that they did not have any reservation for him, and it is not their problem because it was the travel agency that screwed up. I called the manager to see what went wrong, and he told me that he DID have the reservation, but he didn’t bother putting it into the system because he has entered the wrong availability and was actually booked up for those dates. I asked him why he didn’t call to tell us that they were overbooked, and he responded that it is not his problem and he sees no reason why he should bother calling anyone. I also asked him why he blamed situation on us, and he responded by hanging up on me. I can’t comment on the facilities at this hotel, but the customer service seems to be a bit lacking and I would be hesitant to book a room here.
