March 2007 - The Ellis Sanders House is the most incredible experience one can imagine. Everything about the experience is wonderful, but the "journal entry" experience is the Food! The Food is the part of the experience that is so memorable. But then there's the visits with the wonderful hosts. It's too difficult to choose. On the five star rating system, Ellis Sanders House gets a six!

December 2006 - This old original 1844 red brick home in Nauvoo is wonderful. We thought it had the best breakfast we have ever had and the owners where so personable and gave us so many tips that made our stay the Best. The house is so close to everything we wanted to see, especially the historical sights on the flats. We would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone who wants a truly special accomodation in Nauvoo
