July 2008 - We visited the restaurant on a weekday evening. After being greeted promptly, a friendly server proceeded with our drink and food order. She was very attentive.
Our visit, however, wasn't completely perfect. I debated between ordering shrimp or salmon. There was a combo platter that the server recommended, but it came with coconut shrimp. I told the server that I do not like coconut, so she said she would substitute it with regular shrimp. When she brought the food out, the salmon did have some sort of coconut topping on it. She took it back and brought out another piece of salmon with some sort of spicy peach topping that about made me gag. Thankfully, Red Lobster kept trying to find a workable option!
I finally asked for the shrimp dinner and it was very good. My dining partner had crab legs and said they were very good and fresh. We also shared a dessert (a warm chocolate chip cookie topped with ice cream). It was delicious.
The place was somewhat crowded, but we were seated and served quickly, and even with all of my entree changes, I'd have to say I'd give this restaurant a thumbs up.
