May 2007 - THere was no maid service during our stay. The ad says the rooms have refrigerators. There was none in our room. The sign on the wall said there was ice machines on floor3 and 5. The one on 3 was broke and the one on 5 was not there. We had to go to front desk to get clean towels. They wouldn't even bring them up when you asked for them. I would not stay there again. Chair in the room was broke.
