July 2007 - If there were any negatives, they were far outweighed by the positives: good location, helpful, competent staff, clean, comfortable room, attractive lobby (with Community coffee!!), nice "breakfast", wonderful pool and hot tub, in-room amenities --such as coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, iron/board--and a fantastic restaurant (the venerable seafood-spectacular Spahr's, whose original location on the way to New Orleans is a landmark!) connected to the motel. We ate 3 meals there during our 2-day stay.
Additionally, we searched a number of sites and found a rate that was the best (by at least $10/night) of any other motel in the Houma-Terrebonne area.
