| "Claire- Not Good" |

October 2006 - Chuck at Orbit was recommended to me since I have unusually thick hair. I ended up with Claire and she seemed to know what she was doing. However, she gave me the absolute worst hair cut of my life. I had to cut my hair down to 2 inches long to make it look decent. Three months later, it still looks terrible. I paid almost $60 for that haircut. She did not even allow me the opportunity to look at it in the mirror when she was done. I felt the bottom of it and said that it seemed a little thin, she told me that it was just because there was a lot of hair product in it. I asked for it to be thinned out a little bit, but not a lot. She just did not listen to me.
