September 2007 - This was a four-day stay for a training I was attending in town and for 70-80 per night it was basically a clean and tidy place to sleep. I arrived on a beautiful evening and opened up the curtains in the room and discovered they looked out upon the empty banquet facility. Thankfully, no event was being held while I was there, but needless to say I couldn't open the curtains all weekend. The TV didn't work and I called for maintenance and they came within seconds knocking on my door to fix it. And he did fix it. Upon waking the following morning, I had no hot water. The hot tub was in dire need of some chemicals to take the stink out. Perkins is on-site with a breakfast coupon for free or $3 off which makes for cheap eats.

June 2007 - Convenient location w/breakfast included at attached Perkins. Rooms weren't fancy but were clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy.
