March 2008 - We met some friends and family at the Nova Café for brunch and what a great choice of venue for a large gathering. There were 12 of us all ravenous as it was 10.30 am so we quickly got down to the job of ordering. This was quite a challenge because the menu is extensive and everything looked good as I browsed the selection. I opted for buttermilk pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup and they were delicious. A couple of the guys in our group chose a huge breakfast burrito that they both raved about and the eggs benedict were also a popular choice. The Café itself was welcoming, the staff informative and attentive as well as entertaining and the atmosphere was lively but not over the top. The water and coffee were both constantly refilled and I felt that I would like to return to try out their lunch menu.

May 2007 - I went to the Nova Cafe for the first time for a family member's celebratory breakfast and will definitely be going back on future visits to Bozeman. The owner of the restaurant was our server as the place was very busy (with other graduation groups) and the service was excellent. What will take me back, however, was the mouth-watering choices. Nova has one of those menus that really makes a decision of what to have difficult and everyone in our party said they loved what they had. Particular favourites were the lemon & blackberry pancakes and the place's signature (and monstrous) breakfast burrito!
