January 2008 - I am not sure if it is the poor quality service in Britain or level of service provided in America but I was blown away by the help afforded me by the people at Chalet Sports in Bozeman. I was looking for a pair of snowboarding boots but am new to the sport so wanted advice about which kind of boot to buy that would last. The guy who served me brought out numerous pairs for me to try and took pains to make sure they fitted me well and that I understood enough but didn't overload me with techie information. Even after almost an hour of assistance, he recommended that I try other places and shop around before making a decision. Needless to say I came back to this excellent store to make my purchase.
