February 2007 - Reservations were made for Superior rooms with king size beds; non-smoking. What was provided was 2 double beds on the smoking floor. Check-in staff was rude and stated that "it's done, we can't change it." The woman stated that she couldn't help what the "contractor" promised--this is what we were getting.
