| "Not Worth the Gamble" |

March 2008 - The Cornucopia Buffet is located inside the Atlantic City Hilton and is advertised on billboards throughout the city as if it is a site to behold. Normally $20 per person, the buffet is $10 if you join the complimentary Hilton’s special members club. The interior seems dated and there is not much décor, just dinning tables and food service tables. The only highlight to the entire buffet was the dessert table that included an ice cream dispenser with a toppings bar. The mussels were small and not effectively cleaned. Many of the dishes were lukewarm or surprisingly bland. The vegetable dishes were especially of poor quality after spending time under the glare of heat lamps. The clean-up staff was overworked and understandably slow to clear tables and used dishes. The buffet was packed even at 8pm during a weeknight and the line to get in lasted about ten minutes. Non-alcoholic drinks are complimentary. Even at a measly $10 the Cornucopia Buffet was not worth the time or effort; there are other restaurants to choose from in the Hilton.
