March 2008 - Game On! at The Pier at Caesars in Atlantic City is a clean and modern sports restaurant that features good drinks and great eats. The menu consists of many traditional sports bar favourites while taking several interesting twists with some other typical dishes. Seemingly catering to gambling tourists from the East coast, the restaurant features an array of seafood dishes including Crab Mac N’ Cheese, New England Clam Chowder, and Rhode island Calamari. The seafood take on macaroni and cheese was good but probably not worth the steep $20 price tag. The bar does not serve all the imported beer one might like but it does have all the regular imports and all the standard domestic brews. The PB & J Banana Split at only $7 was a steal but not as good as anticipated. The peanut butter cookie at the bottom was a bit hard and not especially savoury. The ambiance is perfect for a sports enthusiast, however. Several large flat screen televisions adorn the bar and walls. The restaurant also features complimentary wireless internet and is big enough to accommodate large groups. Game On! seems like a good place to enjoy the game in a clean, fun atmosphere.
