April 2007 - My husband and I stayed at the Hacienda for three days and had planned on eating at the Rancho de Chimayo Restaurante only the first night. The food is probably the best mexican food I have ever had, maybe it is the Chimayo red chiles? We cancelled our reservations for the next two nights and ate there again. You have to try the shrimp appetizer, I think it was called camarones. We also ate breakfast there our last day and it was amazing. I could not finish even half. We have added the Rancho de Chimayo to our favorite places to eat and stay.
