June 2007 - I was charged a much higher rate than what booked and confirmed on internet. When brought to the attention of the desk attendant, I was referred to call an 800# rather than dealing with the problem immediately. I thought that was very unprofessional. They said central booking made the error and they are the only ones who can fix it. The rate is the reason we booked at this hotel.
