| "The Worst Customer Service" |

July 2007 - On my recent trip to Manhattan I used Golden Touch to shuttle me from JFK to my hotel. Following Golden Touch's instructions, upon my arrival I called and told them which terminal I was located at and they said they would be there shortly. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing several Golden Touch vans drive up to the departure area, I called back and was once again told they would be there shortly. After once again watching several shuttles drive up to the departure area, I flagged one down. The driver informed me he had been waiting "up there" (the departure area) for me for 30 minutes. Wouldn't it make sense to pick someone up at the passenger pick up of the arrival gate upon their arrival?
Then two days later for my return trip to the airport from my hotel, I once again followed Golden Touch's instructions and called between 24 and 6 hours before my departure time. After 4 attempts the phone was finally answered and I was told I would be picked up at 5 am. I was outside my hotel at 4:55 am and waited until 5:45 am before my shuttle arrived. During this time I called the service number twice only to be told the shuttle was going to be there in under 5 minutes. Then when the driver finally showed up, she asked how long I had been waiting and when I told her nearly an hour, she laughed at me.
The worst service I have ever experienced.
