| "Filthy room and blood stained sheets" |

October 2007 - We arrived at the hotel to check in at 3:00 and were told our room was not quite ready. That was fine, we left without seeing the room. When we came back, around 8:00 pm, we assumed the room had been cleaned. Upon turning back the sheets and blankets, we discovered one bed was filled with recent blood, the sheets on the other bed were filthy.
We reported the room condition to the front desk and were assured that it would be taken care of. Half an hour later no attempts had been made to clean the room. We located a night custodian and asked him to look at the beds in our room. He was as disgusted as we were and promised to clean the room. His response was immediate and professional, however, the front desk never did respond to our request. They were surprised when I told them I had found someone to change the sheets.
In addition to the filthy, bloody sheets, the blankets were shabby, the shower was not clean, and the room was unpleasant. It was difficult to overcome the disgust with the condition of the beds.
I would not stay there again.
