| "A Must-Do if you are in the Asheville area" |

June 2006 - I was vacationing in Asheville in mid June this year. I knew very little about the area, so I decided to take some time out of my day to take the Trolley Tour. I'm extremely glad I did. I've been on other Trolley Tours throughout the country, and most have been a waste of money, except this one, the one in Chicago, and the Duck Tours in Boston. I had no idea of the history behind Asheville, and would have passed by most of the significant sights without a moments notice. The Trolley driver was very informative, sometimes humorous, and the trolley was also very clean. If you are in the area for any amount of time, it is well worth spending the money and going on the tour. I used the trolley as my transportation in the downtown area throughout the day. The streets of Asheville are sometimes hard to navigate, and parking is also limited, so this is a good choice when spending the day downtown. I told some friends about my experience, because they were going to Asheville the following month. They also commented on how worthwhile the Trolley Tour was. I would recommend doing this as soon as you get into town, that way you can better plan the sights you want to see from the information they provide you in the tour.
