December 2007 - Having confirmed reservations weeks in advance, we were told just days before our arrival that the present guests wanted to stay on through the dates we had specified. We were then asked if we could switch to another location some three miles away for just a little bit less. The location offered was out of the way from my wife's parents home, and made the distance to reach them even further. We declined and attempted to hold steady with our confirmed reservation. We were then informed that the present guests were staying. I can't say anything about the actual services, but we certainly had to scramble to get into another hotel on short noctice. We were sorely disappointed that our reservations were not honored.
