July 2007 - Extremely poor customer service . . . We were given the wrong 'type' of room upon arrival, so we had to change rooms after unpacking. We were charged for 1 night ( had a reservation for 4), so had to get that changed. Room key only worked for 1 day, so had to go get that changed. The "Do not disturb" sign was ignored by housekeeping staff who woke us by pounding on door and yelling "housekeeping". We could not find anyone to check us out when trying to leave on check-out morning (finally did) since last 3 days were not billed yet. Room charges were a little higher than confirmation indicated.
Small irritations . . . TV remote did not work properly, maid did not leave enough toilet paper or ANY coffee on subsequent days, towels were thin and stained.
Positive: room was relatively quiet and price was low.
