| "Clean, Friendly but too Pricey" |

January 2008 - This Motel, not Hotel was clean and the service was friendly. I thought it was a bit pricey at $70.00 per night double occupancy and wont stay there again at this price. The motel had no ammenities such as a restaraunt. It is a good place to stay if your just passing through, but if you are staying in Grand Forks, there are better accomodations that offer more for the price.
