May 2007 - The motel, like others in the chain, offers good service, a fine breakfast, well-kept rooms, and that little "lending library" of paperbacks that I've come to enjoy so much. When we checked in, we got warm cookies, but unlike others we've stayed at, those were not available at any other time during our three-day stay.
The worst part was that we kept noticing that the place needed cleaning. Debris in the elevator remained there through the three days, and the hallway carpeting needed vacuuming. Shampoo was not left for our second morning (I'm glad I'd brought along a little bottle from a stay elsewhere!).
