July 2007 - The Bandon Cheese Factory was purchased and operated as a store front by Tillamook Creamery for a while (manufacture was discontinued locally). They ceased operations altogether a couple years ago, and the place is currently being demolished, because the structure has been deemed unsafe. Local residents are still waiting to see what Tillamook Creamery has in mind for the property.
