| "Clean but don't expect service" |

February 2007 - The hotel room was spacious and clean. However there was no service during the two days we were there (the bed wasn't made and the supplies weren't replenished). Also, on the first day we arrived for breakfast at a few minutes before nine, which was the time the complimentary breakfast was supposed to be open until, and found it was closed. We couldn't even get coffee. The second day we arrived at eight to find that most of the food was gone and was not being replenished. At 8:35 another guest arrived and asked for the coffee to be refilled and was told that 'It's almost nine so I'm not going to make a new pot.' I say don't advertise complimentary breakfast unless you plan to actually serve it to all the guests who want it at the advertised time. Oh, and the room safe didn't work.
