November 2006 - I recently ate at the Liberty Street Cafe and I was served the Salmon. I haven't been able to think about anything else since then. It was served with garlic mashed potatoes (my choice), a tomato with bread crumbs (that was beyond incredible...who would've thought that a tomato and bread crumbs could be mouthwatering?) There were grilled zucchini and onions as a side...FABULOUS!!! Let's get back to the salmon...Melted in your mouth...crispy on the bottom...not burnt...just perfectly, lightly crispy... The center...tender... covered with a delicious, one of a kind salsa. The wait staff is sooo friendly, they will do anything to insure your experience there is top of the line. I also asked the bar to prepare me "something fabulous". They made me the best coconut rum and fruit juice drink...I'd never had it before but it is now my new favorite!!!
