| "Ruined My Daughter's Wedding" |

August 2006 - Do not use this company. I had 250 people for my daughters wedding. We needed to transport all the out of town people to the wedding so I chartered Werner. It was a disaster. The Guests got to the wedding over an hour late. You try calling the number for help and it is just an answering service. The drivers had no idea where
to go even tho I included extensive maps. There were no working phones on the bus for the drivers to call and ask for help. The buses were supposed to be air conditioned and it didn't work. It was a sweltering hot day in August. Werner ruined my daughters wedding - I had photographers waiting for a family photo shoot and they never arrived in time. All of our guests were from all over the country. We will never again gain back this priceless time when everyone was together. All and all Werner is a real train wreck. No help from management. I have channel 6 actions news who will be doing a piece on this. I have also filed complaints with Better Business Bureau. Please be aware!!!
