| "Dispacher called me a liar" |

January 2007 - I asked them to have the driver call 10 min before arriving for final directions. Driver did call, it sounded like while he was pulling into driveway. I gave him detailed instruction on how to get where we were in the complex, and hurried out to meet him. 15 min later, I called dispacher back from guard station and gave directions again to dispacher to pass on. 15 min later still, I called again. Dispacher insisted that guard would not let cab in (which guard denied as he was right there). Said he knew cabbie wouldn't lie. Basically said guard and I were lying. Said he heard guard tell cabbie he couldn't come in.
1. Why would cabbie be on cell phone while entering, where dispacher could overhear guard.
2. Why would guard (who is a very nice elderly guy) refuse admittance to a marked taxi?
3. I was there and know there was no cab.
As far as I can see, the dispacher was flatly lying. Use this cab co at your own risk.
A previous use of this company worked out well. They arrived quickly, and I saw the cabbie to direct him in.
