February 2008 - Went to Sotto Varalli last night prior to hitting The Academy of Music for the Chris Rock show, and had the best time. Two very busy bartenders were working, and I mean working, the bar. Runnning around like mad men, but still mantaining their senses of humor, and delivering great bar food, try tuna tartare-yum!, and amazing drinks! We got there late and they still managed to get us fed and out in plenty of time fopr our show. Great job fellows.
