| "Lousy Service" |

October 2007 - On October 19th,2007 I visited Pittsburgh to go to a high school football game. The game was held at Duquesne University The game ended at about 10:05 p.m. I called for a cab and ws told that they would not pick me up unless i was at Bottier Hall. I said ok. Three cabs passed one was for one man, Itohught the other was for me but was told by the driver that he was there to pick up two students. I call about three more times. I ws finally told that I was third on the list and if I did not hear within 20 min to call back. I had to call back. It got to the point that the university police had their dispatcher call yellow cab, by this time it was about 11:35. I was told that there had already been a pick up at that location, the problem was that it was not me. I kept hearing about great customer service, but not to me.
