June 2007 - Say they don't receive email when you cancel and KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!. When they do answer an email it takes an eternity!!!!!

Full refunds are provided to all customers who cancel their reservation within the required time frame which is published in AAA and also confirmed at the time the reservation is made. Confirmation numbers are given at the time a reservation is made and cancellation numbers are given when a reservation is canceled. Every effort is made to provide same day responses to emails received, for anyone having difficulty with email a toll free phone number is available. Sorry no refunds can be made for cancellations that are not received. Our goal is to make sure that every guest is treated fairly within these guidelines.
