September 2007 - I reserved the Washington cabin for one week. First day of vacation, we paid the real estate agency in town and went to the cabin. Someone else & all of their things were present at the cabin. We went back to the agency for a refund & were told due to their "Cancellation Policy" and the owners this was not available. They wanted us to stay in a different cabin. Beware. Would not refund money - currently working on a dispute.
