October 2007 - I was in the Dallas airport for a two hour stopover and this airport is immense! If you have a very long stop over here, there is a lot to do. There is a huge variety of restaurants and shops to choose from, and the train system makes it easy to get around to the different terminals. While the ride between terminals is quite long, trains come very often, usually every two or three minutes. A digital display also tells you in how long the next train is coming (very useful!). While I was there though, there were quite a few restaurants that where closed or were in the process of closing. And I was there at around 4pm, 4:30. But if you’re here for a few hours, definitely take the time to ride the train and check out the airport’s different areas. If you have a laptop, the airport also provides wireless Internet access.
